Our Contributions
How we give back and inspire…
Inclusivity is one of the main reasons we do what we do. Each child should feel accepted and included. At Brave Wings, we LOVE creating activities which foster inclusivity and connection. Some of our favorite yearly events are our sensory-friendly Santa, BW Trick-OR-Treating, and Luau!

Dr. Jenn Moore, EdD CCC-SLP is a nationally known specialist in the area of motor speech disorders within neurodivergent individuals. This past summer, she was accepted to speak at the National Childhood Apraxia of Speech Conference, Las Vegas. She presented along with Dr. Namasivayam and fellow SLP, Jamie Boyle, on the topic of neurodiversity affirming motor speech practices.
Our OT department actively participates in research studies conducted in collaboaration with the Occupational Therapy Department at Kean University. This past semester, we helped to investigate the benefits of melodic drumming on sensory processing and integration! The study is currently being submitted for publication- stay tuned!
