Waiting Room
This is where our families can relax as their child receives his/her services. For siblings, we have a coloring station set up, and comfortable leather chairs for parents. Our open floor plan also allows for you to stay connected with our reception desk personnel. We also have private bathrooms just for our clients and their families!

Large Sensory-Motor Gym
Our gym area is where children receive occupational therapy services, as well as sensory integrated speech therapy sessions. We have colorful equipment ranging from monkey bars, a slide, swings (hammock, platform, teardrop), yoga balls, balance beams, crash pads, river stones, and much more! This room targets many different skills including (but not limited to) gross motor, fine motor, strengthening, balance, and coordination.
-
Therapy Rooms
Our therapy rooms include table top activities as well as open space for floor time and play. Our therapy rooms are carpeted to provide a non-medical feel to the therapy sessions. Rooms are set up like a play room with a plethora of games and toys to serve as motivation and fun for the child during their time with the therapists.

Full Size Kitchens
We have a full sized kitchen which includes various equipment to aid learners in becoming independent by working on areas such as activities of daily living (cooking, cleaning, washing dishes, washing hands, brushing teeth), as well as feeding therapy. Our kitchen allows for children to make their own food, cook it, and then set up our full sized table for their meal. This helps facilitate carry over to the home environment as well as providing a positive experience with food exploration.

I've worked with Brave Wings on a personal and professional level. My son was treated in the Sparta office for speech and OT-related issues and Carly and Savannah were unbelievable. Both of their understandings and approaches to my son's treatment were impressively nuanced and evidence-based. As a whole, the staff at BW is not only very knowledgeable and up-to-date on relevant interventions, but they are some of the most incredibly compassionate practitioners I've come across. They are collaborative with other treatment providers and communicative with caregivers about how to extend the interventions to home. Moreover, they are just *very good humans*, which is an essential component of early intervention care during what can be a highly emotional and confusing experience for many parents. Thank you for helping our little man catch up to his milestones and be a source of encouragement and support for the rest of our family during a stressful time. We love you!Show more

My son has been a client of Brave Wings for over 2.5 years. When we first started, he had very little speech and vocabulary. We started working with Tina C and she helped him grow and progress his speech to now at or above standard for his age. Communication with Tina and the staff was always important; discussing his progress, setting expectations, what we were doing or seeing at home and how we can reinforce topics discussed at therapy during the rest of the week. It’s our families deepest gratitudes to Tina and the team for their dedication to my son. Start early, be dedicated. Thank you again from very grateful parents!!Show more

I recently completed my first level II fieldwork experience for occupational therapy at Brave Wings and I could not have asked for a better first placement. I felt welcomed and supported from the moment I stepped foot into the building. All of the therapists have a clear passion for their jobs and a love for the children receiving services. From the beautiful amenities to the continued education provided to staff, Naomi and Jenn are always ensuring that their clients are receiving the best care possible. Special shoutout to my amazing fieldwork educator Nicole C for taking me under her wing and helping me to grow as a therapist. Brave Wings will forever hold a special place in my heart :)Show more
